The Day We Have Been Waiting For.... April 17th, 2012

The wait is finally over. After discovering mold in our basement, began talks to design and build the house from the foundation-up, moving into a rental, winning at Committee of Adjustments, having our decision appealed, going to the OMB (Ontario Municipal Board), winning at OMB, finding a General Contractor and breaking ground in October 2011, we took occupancy of our home on TUESDAY, APRIL 17TH, 2012.
